Everything on this site is free to read. Every guide, seven interactive tools, no signup, no gate, no “enter your email to continue.” That is not changing.
This page is the one exception — and it is worth being precise about what it is, because it is not a paywall wearing a costume.
What this actually is
The free library grew one guide at a time. Each one solves its own problem well, and each one was written to be read alone. What none of them do is show you the connective tissue: that the weekly reset is what keeps the daily rhythm from drifting, that the doom-pile checklist and the energy check-in are the same idea pointed at different rooms, that the habit tracker only works once the brain dump has cleared space for it.
The Complete System is the whole library rewritten as one book. Same material, reorganised into something you read front-to-back and then keep on a shelf.
The test we held it to: if you already read every free guide on this site, is this still worth nineteen dollars? It has to earn that on editing, sequencing and print quality alone — because the words are all free, and they stay free.
What is inside
Five sections, one throughline.
- Daily — the rhythms: the divergent daily-living guide, the workday, the sleep wind-down and the weekly reset, sequenced so they build on each other rather than competing for the same hour.
- Toolkits — the kits you reach for mid-problem: the brain dump, the executive dysfunction survival kit, the sensory overload toolkit and the doom-pile reset.
- Helpers — the guides for when it is already hard — burnout and rejection sensitivity — written to stay readable when your capacity is low.
- Guides — the standalone systems: gentle health basics and the money system.
- Trackers — the printable habit tracker, plus every checklist and one-page reference from the rest of the book, formatted as standalone sheets.
Then the part that only exists here: the connective chapter — a single map of how the whole set fits together, which one to reach for in which state, and the order to introduce them if you are starting from nothing.
Made to be printed
The web versions are made to be read on a screen. This one is made to come off a printer and survive on a fridge door.
- A4 and US Letter, both laid out properly — not one scaled to fit the other.
- Ink-light by design. No full-bleed colour, no heavy fills. High-contrast type on white.
- Trackers and checklists one-per-page, so you can print a single sheet without getting half a chapter with it.
- A real contents page and page numbers, because a PDF without them is a search box, not a book.
What it is not
It is not a course, a membership, or a drip-fed email sequence. It is not gated content — every word in it is on this site for free right now, and will stay there. It will not teach you anything you cannot find by clicking around for an afternoon.
It is a well-made book of material you can already read, sold to the people who would rather have it that way.
Buying this is what keeps every other guide free, ungated and ad-free — and every future guide gets folded into the next edition, free to everyone who already owns it.
