Systems for brains
that don't run on willpower.

Free habit trackers, focus timers and planners that run right in your browser and remember where you left off — backed by a library of practical guides for focus, habits, home and rest, and by departments that point the same thinking at a barbell, a river, a wet afternoon and a new laptop. Every guide is free to read, in full.

02 / The promise

Everything here is free to read. On purpose.

We'd rather earn your trust than gate it. Every guide, tool and tracker opens in full — no signup, no email wall, and no deciding which readers deserve the good version.

The library has exactly one paid edition: The Complete System, which collects the whole thing into one print-ready book for people who'd rather hold it than scroll it. The store is a separate shelf — printables, printed goods and a short list of gear we actually rate. Between them they fund the writing, which is why the free version never has to be worse.

03 / The library

13 practical systems.

Daily rhythms to build on, toolkits to grab mid-problem, helpers for when it's already hard. Every department adds its own on top — all 21 are free, in full. Drag sideways, or see the whole library.

04 / How it's built

Every guide knows what kind of thing it is.

A daily rhythm and an in-the-moment helper are not the same object, so they don't look the same. Each type carries its own colour, mark and shape — you can tell what something is before you've read a word of it.

05 / The tools

They run in your browser and remember you.

No account, no sync, no server holding your data — everything saves locally and prints when you want it on paper.

06 / The departments

The same thinking, pointed somewhere else.

Calm, practical, printable — applied to a barbell, a river, a wet afternoon and a new laptop. Each department has its own shelf of downloads, printed goods and the short list of gear we actually rate. Or see the whole store.

08 / Writing

Notes from working this way.

Start with one thing.

Open a tool or read a guide right now — no signup, no catch, nothing held back. The printed edition is there if you ever want the whole thing on paper.
