Refund Policy

Refunds are reviewed individually, on a case-by-case basis.

Our paid guides and packs are digital products with instant access, so we don't offer automatic, no-questions refunds. What we do offer is a fair hearing: if something isn't right, email us and we'll work with you to put it right.

We'll typically refund or replace when, for example:

• a file is corrupted, won't download, or won't open;
• the product is materially not as described;
• you were charged twice or bought the same item by mistake;
• you bought the wrong item and haven't used it.

Because access is instant and the files are yours to keep, "I changed my mind" or "I already downloaded and used it" generally won't qualify — but we'd still rather hear from you than have you feel stuck. Reach out within a reasonable time (ideally within 30 days of purchase) and tell us what happened.

Nothing here limits any statutory rights you may have under your local consumer law.
